Even though we finished our big adventure, the Bangkok Barcelona On Foot story keeps moving—one podcast conversation at a time.
Kindness, courage, and wanderlust are timeless topics. And even now, years after we slow-walked across two continents, these themes continue to strike a chord—especially in a world that feels like it’s spinning faster and becoming stranger by the day.
We keep showing up and staying open to invitations. We say YES! to every chance to revisit the moments that moved us most: trusting in strangers, rediscovering the goodness that still exists in the world, and staying open to what comes, however it comes.
Over the past few months, we’ve been invited onto several podcasts to talk about what it means to travel together as a couple or solo as a midlife woman, to follow your heart across borders, and to say “Oh yeah!” to exploring the beauty around us and in faraway places.
Each conversation breathes new life into our journey and provides moments for deeper reflection and insight. And hopefully, it helps someone else take that first step toward answering their own soul calling.
Thank you to podcast hosts Pauline Frommer, Alenka Vrecek, Shannon Gomes, Wendy Battles and Wendy Hutchinson for having us on and for expanding the reach of our story far and wide. 🌹
