I’ve been wondering how all of us–the whole world–will get through this global pandemic, several more weeks of confinement, and whatever comes next.

After several days in silent meditation last weekend, I’m pretty sure that remembering to breathe will be an important tool in our toolboxes as we’re all called to be even more resilient, resourceful and courageous.
So…Let’s Breathe Through it!
Continuing the Sunday Bursts of Strength
and Support Through May

Yes, I’m keeping the free, 30-minute breathwork, meditation and journaling sessions going through the end of May. The world needs this space–you need this space, and I’ll hold the space for you.
